Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Overview
These terms describe the rules for using Rollout websites, hosted services, APIs, SDKs, and related tools. By using Rollout, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping credentials, API keys, and workspace access secure. Tell us if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not use Rollout to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of another person.
- Attack, disrupt, overload, or probe systems without permission.
- Submit malicious code, abusive content, or deceptive material.
- Bypass usage limits, access controls, or security protections.
Your content
You keep ownership of datasets, traces, prompts, files, evaluations, and other content you submit. You grant Rollout the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and display that content so the service can work.
Beta services
Some Rollout features are experimental or in beta. They may change, break, or be removed. Do not rely on beta features for critical workloads without your own backups and controls.
Disclaimers
Rollout is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the site, product, or email.
